Nuvexia is a Singapore-based AI governance consultancy that helps enterprises prepare for IMDA's AI Verify testing framework and apply Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework. We provide readiness assessments, evidence preparation, governance documentation, and remediation planning aligned with AI Verify's process checks and technical tests.
AI Verify is a voluntary AI governance testing framework and software toolkit developed by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority, or IMDA. The AI Verify Foundation now governs its development. It combines technical testing with process checks so organisations can assess AI systems against principles such as transparency, fairness, robustness, safety, and accountability.
AI Verify does not replace legal advice, sector regulation, or an organisation's own risk controls. Its value is practical: it gives teams a common test structure and a defined evidence set for reviewing an AI system.
Compare the selected AI system, current controls, and available records with the relevant AI Verify process checks and tests.
Organise model, data, testing, accountability, and monitoring records so reviewers can trace each claim to evidence.
Turn missing controls or failed checks into assigned actions, owners, and review dates.
Keep the AI inventory, risk records, and test evidence current as systems and guidance change.
Identify the AI system, intended use, affected people, system owner, and tests that matter for the assessment.
Examine governance procedures, technical documentation, data records, prior testing, and monitoring arrangements.
Draft missing records, improve controls, and prepare evidence for the selected testing route.
Check that claims are supported, records are consistent, and accountable owners can explain the system.

No. Organisations adopt it voluntarily to test systems through a consistent process and show customers, boards, or regulators how they govern AI.
The schedule depends on system complexity, testing scope, and the state of existing records. Nuvexia confirms the delivery plan after reviewing the system inventory and evidence.
Nuvexia provides readiness and implementation support. We prepare evidence and remediation plans, then coordinate independent testing if the scope calls for it. We do not represent ourselves as the AI Verify Foundation or a certification body.
